The Supreme Court hears arguments on Friday regarding the legality of two major vaccine initiatives from the Biden administration’s efforts to address the COVID-19 pandemic in the workplace. The policies at stake include a vaccine-or-test requirement for workers at large employers and a vaccine mandate for workers at health care centers.
The Supreme Court’s conservative majority signaled Friday that it is unlikely to allow the Biden administration to enforce a measure intended to help stop the spread of Covid in the nation’s workplaces.
The Supreme Court heard arguments on whether the Biden administration is overstepping its executive authority by requiring workers at large companies get vaccinated or tested weekly for Covid-19.
What people are saying?
CMvozOL Continue get vaccinated and wear mask to protect yourself, your loved ones and community. Mother nature I mean Covid-19 will take care of the unvaccinated ones. The problem is that is taking too long and costing too much taxpayer’s money for go through it all.
carol deech The Supreme Court will get it right the agency Osha does not the authority to mandate a vaccine. Over reach. However State and local government has the power. They took a short cut. If they wanted a mandate it should’ve went through legislation.
