Cases of a person who is infected with the influenza virus and COVID-19, either simultaneously or back-to-back, are not new, according to fact-checkers. These “co-infections” are being recorded recently around the globe, but first reports date back to early 2020.
The world’s first case of “flurona” was documented in Israel, but experts believe others have been infected with both COVID-19 and the flu without knowing.
It’s been dubbed flurona: when a person is infected with the influenza virus and the Covid-19 coronavirus, either simultaneously or back-to-back.
What people are saying?
Obsidian I heard about this in winter 2020, they were asking people to take both the flu and first Covid vaccines at my local Medical practice, I still have the texts.
CherylsRule I tested positive for both on 12/22/21. Vaccinated for both. Coughed about 10 times-otherwise no symptoms. I tested after close contact with sick person who was later negative for covid.
