Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, wins latest court battle against newspaper that published letter sent to her father

A ruling in favor of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, as a component of her prosecution against a newspaper publisher which reproduced portions of a private letter she sent to her dad Thomas Markle in August 2018, has been upheld by a UK court.

A big win for the Duchess of Sussex in her privacy battle with the Mail on Sunday. Judges say last-minute bombshells from former aide Jason Knauf were of “little assistance” to the central issues of the appeal, confirming Meghan’s privacy was breached.
