A French cement company, Lafarge, lost a bid to dismiss a charge of complicity in crimes

France – In a ground-breaking judgment rendered today, the French Supreme Court approved the indictments of the French multinational cement company Lafarge for complicity in crimes against humanity & financing of terrorism committed by the ISIS.

The French cement company Lafarge has been accused of paying millions of euros to militants, including the “Islamic State,” to keep its plant in Syria running. It could face renewed charges of aiding crimes against humanity.

The Supreme Court found very clear words and stated: Knowingly transferring millions of dollars to an organization whose sole purpose is criminal (like IS) is enough to characterize complicity.

France’s top court overturns a lower-court decision to dismiss charges against cement giant Lafarge for having paid nearly 13M Euros to jihadist groups including the Islamic State to keep its cement factory in northern Syria running.

This is sickening. Now you understand why Biden doesn’t trust some of the Nato allies and unilaterally pulled out of Afghanistan.
