After three weeks in jail, Aryan Khan gets bail from the Bombay High Court

Aryan Khan has ultimately been released on bail by Bombay HC. No possession, no evidence, no consumption, no conspiracy, right from first moment when he was detained on Oct 2! Satya Meva Jayate: Legal team of lawyer Satish Maneshinde who represented Khan in drugs-on-cruise case.

Aryan Khan, along with co-accused Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant, was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Thursday – Khan was represented by Mukul Rohatgi, the former advocate general of India on his bail application in the Bombay High Court.

This was not a case where Aryan should have been arrested, he was in jail for over 20 days, it was a travesty of justice. No father/family should go through this kind of situation.

Subhajit Das Just imagine if such a high-paid expert legal team takes 25 days for arranging bail to a weed-related case, how much time lawyers of common people will take to arrange bail for them in the same cases? Our system is so weak.

Ramesh Parakkat With Money power in India anything is possible ,isn’t this Judicial racism only 3 given bail out of 8 in custody? Did the Judge of the Mumbai HC even mention the names of others & ask about their case sheet ? Where is Judicial activism these days is it selective these days?
