Aryan Khan to remain in jail as a special court in Mumbai has denied him bail in the ongoing drugs case

A Mumbai sessions court denied bail to actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son on Wednesday. The 23-year-old was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 along with his friend Arbaaz Merchant and six others following a raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.

The bail denied to Aryan Khan is only on basis of some digital evidence, same way as it was denied to Rhea Chakraborty last year.

“If the NCB has said that interrogating him (Aryan Khan) will lead to a larger conspiracy, then they have to prove it”: D Banerjee, Ex-Officer, Central Bureau of Narcotics.
