Bombay High Court on Thursday said it will hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea on Tuesday, October 26. Khan’s request was already rejected by special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) on Wednesday. Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, has been in custody since October 3.
Achit Kumar, who was reportedly named by both Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant in the cruise rave party case on Thursday told the court that he has not interacted with either Aryan Khan or Arbaaz Merchant in the last year.
A special court under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act extended the judicial custody of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and others till October 30.
What people are saying?
Abhijit Majumder Hard to get bail under NDPS Act. SRK’s son Aryan Khan is getting quick hearings. Lesser mortals don’t get dates even in a year. They can’t afford Satish Manshinde even for 10 min. If judge buckles under pressure from the SRK ecosystem, it’d set a terrible precedent of VIP racism.
Scar A 23 year old Mslim having to spend more than a month in jail while a 50 year old Rahul Gandhi never had to spend a single day in jail. And then they say there is no discrimination in India.
