The most vulnerable in North Korea face starvation this winter according to sources in and out the country. The warnings are stark. A UN report today estimates 40% are undernourished. Border closures have made a bad situation worse.
The warnings are stark and coming from inside and outside of North Korea. Defectors based in South Korea say their families in the North are going hungry. There is a concern as winter approaches that the most vulnerable will starve.
North Korea is heading into another cold winter but there are big concerns for vulnerable citizens who may fall victim to starvation.

Prof Ndung’u King Oops! I though it was a typo error! Similarities are strikingly odd! Me thought it was in Kenya where we have a presidential candidate turned SAVIOUR of Kenyan mankind. He has promised an economic model capable of addressing perennial starvation, prostitution, aging and debts.
paladinbob123 If i was south korea or america, i would find a way to send them bread by air or smuggled in by sea or even sent by post…that in itself would reflect, the superiority of the systems outside of north korea.
