Work should never email/text you at your personal contact after hours. If it is a work email address or on a work phone (i.e. provided by the employer) they can do what they like…but nothing makes you look at it. Just silence it after hours.

Aaron Juergens  Anyone else ever had a boss who’d call you at 3AM and tell you to work on your day off cause they would have a hangover the next day and your job was on the line? Well for the Portuguese, they won’t have to deal with that crap anymore.
