Cuban activists said they were forcibly trapped inside their homes on Monday, as the government clamped down on plans for opposition protests on the island.
Standoff between Cuban government and activists begins ahead of march: “We are living very ugly days in Cuba. Unfortunately, we are returning to the worst times,” said march organizer and activist Yunior García.
Despite a massive crackdown by police, an activist leader said Cuban people “are conquering their rights and pushing for the liberation of over 600 political prisoners.”
What people are saying?
John Frampton Yeah and they can’t come to America cuz they’re not welcome by the Biden regime because they vote Republican but if they were coming through the southern border they would be welcome with open arms and given free money and Free housing at taxpayer expense.
Banana Republic of Florida Sadly, they have never understood that freedom for the motherland must be fought there, not safely from 90 miles away. Imagine if the American Revolution would have been fought for from France. There would be no 4th of July celebration.
