Scores of worshippers at a mosque in Afghanistan’s Kunduz province are dead after a suicide bombing. Health officials told Reuters the death toll could rise to between 70 and 80 people in the country’s third attack on a religious institution this week.
The director of the culture and information department in Kunduz says that 43 people were killed and over 140 were injured in today’s suicide attack at the mosque in Kunduz city.
