US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the US made no concessions — but is open to dialogue — in response to Russia’s demands for the US and its allies to curb preparation for an invasion and for Ukraine and other ex-Soviet nations to be denied entry to NATO.

Press Secretary Jen Psaki says Russia has to make the decision to de-escalate the situation in Ukraine now that the U.S. has provided its written response to Russia’s security demands.
