A federal judge denied Donald Trump’s request

Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan of the US District Court in Washington, DC, ruled on Tuesday against the former president’s request to block documents to the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot. Trump’s lawyers argued that allowing the House to access his records would damage executive privilege for future presidents.
