R&B singer R. Kelly has been found guilty in his federal trial, where he faced charges relating to the alleged sexual exploitation and physical abuse of children. The jury came to a decision on Monday afternoon following 23 days of trial starting on August 18, which included 50 witnesses overall, according to CNN.
“The culture treated R. Kelly as a questionable dirty uncle they wouldn’t want alone with their kids—but hardly someone worth canceling altogether,” writes @mrernestowens. “And R. Kelly used this free pass to continue being a predator.”
After decades of allegations, singer R. Kelly is convicted of running a scheme to abuse women and children.

Mithrandrill Tharkun So, I’ve yet to actually see or hear any tangible evidence a crime occurred. Just looking for some list of actual tangible evidence so this doesn’t sound like a political vendetta by the goc based on his getting off 13 years ago, basically just because he was black and famous.
Khalid It’s a conspiracy to destroy Black American usic & entertainers. Our music is all we really had especially before the Civil Rights era. I agree the man had some serious issues but it’s definitely a hidden racist agenda behind the convictions.
