The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a challenge by President Joe Biden’s administration and abortion providers to a restrictive Texas law that imposes a near-total ban on abortion.
The Supreme Court announced it will hear oral arguments in our challenge to Texas’ extreme abortion ban. By refusing to block the law in the meantime, the Court is sending an alarming signal that it will wait idly by while our reproductive rights are violated.
The U.S. Supreme Court will hear both the Biden admin’s and abortion provider’s challenges to Texas abortion law on November 1.
