The White House press secretary said she has tested positive for COVID-19

White House press secretary Jen Psaki has tested positive for Covid-19. She says she hadn’t had contact with President Biden or senior White House staff since Wednesday.

White House press sec. Jen Psaki revealed that she tested positive for COVID-19 and has been experiencing mild symptoms. Psaki said she chose not to travel with Pres. Biden to the G-20 summit after members of her household tested positive last week.

Psaki is not traveling with President Joe Biden, who was in Rome for the Group of 20 summit and is next headed to Glasgow, Scotland for a U.N. climate summit.
