Former president Barack Obama returned to the White House on Tuesday for the first time since 2017 to join President Joe Biden in promoting changes to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which Obama signed into law 12 years ago.

President Joe Biden found himself back in former President Barack Obama’s shadow on Tuesday when the two appeared together to celebrate 12 years of Obamacare.

Former President Obama’s return to the White House was for an event marking the 12th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, a signature legislative achievement under his administration.
