Wisconsin man shot by Kyle Rittenhouse pointed a gun at him

An armed paramedic who was shot by Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year testified Monday that he pulled out his own firearm because he believed Rittenhouse was an active shooter.

A protester and volunteer medic who was shot by Kyle Rittenhouse says he thought the teen was an “active shooter” when he tried to disarm him. The teen shot Gaige Grosskreutz in the arm, tearing most of his bicep, and faces life in prison if convicted on the most serious charge.

Gaige Grosskreutz just testified that Kyle Rittenhouse fired while his hands were up but the round misfired and Kyle had to reload the rifle – but Kyle’s right hand doesn’t appear to leave the pistol grip, and his finger is outside the trigger well.

What people are saying?

Self-Actualist Additionally, Kyle was seen in the video right beforehand being approached by an unarmed man who came to a stop and ran away when he pointed his rifle at him. The evidence so far shows him only shooting two of the people in cases of plausible self-defense.

Boyd P  He’ll be acquitted of the most serious charges. Probably found guilty for carrying a deadly weapon by a person under 18 and maybe failure to comply with an emergency order. Both minor charges. I’d be surprised if any of the first-degree charges stick (overcharging on purpose).
